The Fellowship Building offers the following features:
- Large open rooms upstairs and downstairs
- Barrier-free ground-floor access with accessibility lift to the second floor
- Upstairs stage with curtains
- Sound system for audio playback
- Downstairs occupancy 130 people
- Movable pews
- Upstairs occupancy 90 people
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Men's and women's rest rooms
- Parking lot for 25 cars plus on-street parking
